亚色影库’s Education Abroad Policy establishes the university-wide requirements for developing, approving, and participating in international educational experiences.

All education abroad activities conducted under the auspices of 亚色影库, whether credit-bearing or noncredit, must be reviewed and processed through the Office of International Education. This requirement applies to 亚色影库 students, alumni, employees, and recognized volunteers participating in university-affiliated international programs.

The policy applies to experiences including:

  • Faculty-led programs
  • Semester, year-long, winter, and summer programs
  • International internships and service-learning
  • Field studies and research
  • Travel seminars
  • Volunteer and other noncredit international experiences

The policy also outlines the responsibilities of students, program leaders, and the Office of International Education. These procedures help 亚色影库 evaluate programs, prepare participants, manage institutional responsibilities, and support safe and meaningful international experiences.

Students should contact the Office of International Education no later than the semester before their anticipated departure. Faculty and staff planning an international experience involving 亚色影库 students or other university-affiliated participants should consult the office early in the program-development process.

Students, faculty, and staff involved in international educational travel are expected to review the policy and follow all applicable procedures.
