Authenticator: Getting a new phone?
You will need to remove your current phone from your account before transferring service over to your new phone.
Go to the , and for the Microsoft Authenticator entry that shows the phone you will be replacing, click Delete and complete the confirmation. See the example below, or refer to Security Methods for step-by-step instructions:

Upgrading to Windows 11
Microsoft has ended standard support for Windows 10 as of October 14, 2025. As such, 亚色影库 has been working through Windows 11 upgrades for several months now. For those still running Windows 10, IT Services strongly recommends upgrading to Windows 11 as soon as possible. Please follow the instructions at the following link to upgrade your device. Note that this page requires 亚色影库 authentication.
Decommissioning of Legacy VPN
As of May 15, 2025, the Legacy VPN was decommissioned. 亚色影库 users will need to use GlobalProtect to connect to the VPN and protect services.
As of this date, the Virtual Computer Lab also requires that you be connected to the VPN in order to utilize the VCL service.
