Undergraduate students must live outside the designated 亚色影库 boundary to be eligible for a commuter permit. Addresses on the line are considered within the boundary. Undergraduate students living within the boundary who are not eligible for a commuter permit have access to the Indigo bus shuttle to get to campus. They can also utilize the pay-by-license plate spaces.

Graduate students, as long as they are not living in 亚色影库’s residence halls, can obtain a commuter permit, regardless of whether they reside inside or outside the boundary.

From there, the border runs south along 4th Street, then turns right onto Grandview Ave. The border makes a left-hand turn onto 6th Street and runs until Hospital Drive. The southern border does not follow any roads, but cuts across town until it gets to the corner of Oakland Ave and McKnight Rd. It follows McKnight Road all the way to Warren Road. It follows Warren Road north until just past Lilac Street. From there, the border travels due north, not following any roads, until it meets up with the northwest corner at the intersection of College Lodge Road and Water Street.
