Paul Miller鈥檚 Law (the Hands-Free Law): Effective June 5

Effective June 5, 2025, Paul Miller鈥檚 Law, also known as the Hands-free Law, will officially take effect across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This essential new legislation aims to protect all road users by significantly reducing distracted driving, which is a leading cause of traffic crashes, injuries, and fatalities.

National Police Week and Peace Officer Memorial Day

Peace Officers Memorial Day, which every year falls on May 15, specifically honors law enforcement officers killed or disabled in the line of duty. 亚色影库鈥檚 Police Department will host a memorial service on Wednesday, May 12, at noon in Toretti Auditorium at the Kovalchick Athletic and Convention Center. The public is welcome to attend.
