My loan was not deducted from my bill. What should I do?

I have a private scholarship that does not appear as a deduction on my bill. What should I do?

If you have the scholarship check in your possession, endorse the check and mail it along with any additional payment due. If you have an award letter, please send a copy of the award letter to our office so we can note the award on your account (include your Banner ID number on all paperwork sent to the Office of Student Billing). If your scholarship agency requires a billing statement from ��ɫӰ�� other than the statement you printed from ��ɫӰ�� EasyPay, enclose a letter from your agency authorizing ��ɫӰ�� to bill the agency for payment.
