Address information may be updated online.

Diploma Address Changes

To update your diploma address information:

  1. If you haven't submitted a Graduation Application-Undergraduate / Graduation Application - Graduate, you can enter your diploma information when you complete the form.
  2. If you already submitted a Graduation Application, you can submit changes.

Payroll Address Changes

To update your payroll address information:

  1. Go to the Payroll Services Forms website.
  2. Complete the Change of Address/Residency Certification Form.
  3. Email the completed form to payroll-services@iup.edu.

Permanent/Mailing/Current Address Changes

To update your permanent/mailing or current address information:

 

The following items can be updated through My亚色影库:

  • Personal email
  • Phone number
  • Permanent and mailing addresses
  • Ethnicity and race
  1. You will need to log in to the Fall 2025 My亚色影库. You may need to do this from a computer/laptop device, as the mobile app may not allow you to scroll or see all the available items.

  2. Click on General Dashboard (you may need to search for personal info to find the card in My亚色影库).

  1. Click on Personal Information.

  2. You can Add New, Modify, or Delete existing information.

  3. To Add New, click the Add New link in the upper-right corner of the category of information you would like to modify.

  4. Enter the Type of Address, Valid From date, Address 1, and City (you may enter on address lines 2 and 3. Please do not add a Valid Until date.)

  5. To modify the existing address or delete the address, click on the pencil to Modify and the trash can to Delete.

  6. You will receive a confirmation message if you choose Delete. Click Delete if that is correct or Cancel to go back.

Do the same steps for each of the other categories that you want to add new, modify, or delete information.
